Alice Ghostley (8/14/1926 - 9/21/2007)

Alice Ghostley worked with Paul as far back as the New Faces of 1952 review. Since they had similar styles, people often thought they may be related, but they were not. Although they both played prominent roles in the "Bewitched" TV series (Paul as Uncle Arthur & Alice as Esmerelda), they never appeared in the same episode. However, in addition to"New Faces of 1952", Alice & Paul did work together quite often including Paul's Christmas special, the feature film "Rabbit Test" and the play, "Stop Thief Stop".

This (long!) clip is from the movie version of "New Faces of 1952" and features Alice with Paul and Ronny Graham. This sketch features Paul as a pickpocket who's ashamed of his son (Graham) who's not following in his father's footsteps. Instead, the son plays baseball, gets good grades & is well liked!
