VH1's "I Love the 70's - Volume II" salutes 1971 and Hollywood Squares and Paul! Contrary to what's said in this clip, many celebrities were given "zingers" but were not privy to the questions beforehand (per Peter Marshall in his book, "Backstage with the Original Hollywood Square".) Several really bad Paul imitations are included. Although I'm a Paul fan, one of the funniest moments of this clip (IMO) is Charo saying "I almost break my ass." Comments include those by Michael Ian Black - a favorite of mine from "Ed". I appreciate MIB even more, since he didn't offer up a lousy Paul imitation! Also (MIB, cover your ears & hum!) yes, many of the zingers were scripted. (Again, according to Peter Marshall's book.)
